What is QCRx®?
In a hospital pharmacy (Hospital Pharmacy), chemotherapy preparation is a highly accountable activity. Every bag prepared directly affects patient safety. Yet teams face considerable day-to-day constraints: heavy workload, staff turnover, uncertain supply chains and time pressure.
Traditional control methods — manual double-checking, HPLC, in-process video inspection — each have their limitations. Double-checking does not eliminate all errors, HPLC requires a dedicated laboratory and 20 to 30 minutes per sample, and video inspection does not guarantee the conformity of the finished product.
QCRx® was designed to address these challenges without compromise.
It is an automated analytical control system for finished products, which verifies in under 70 seconds:
✅ The molecule (identification)
✅ The concentration (assay)
✅ The solvent
Up to 80% of bags can be automatically certified, without complex spectroscopic training, without a dedicated laboratory, and without slowing release operations. The interface is intuitive and accessible to any pharmacist after just a few hours' familiarisation.

Brest University Hospital has been using our technology for more than a decade. This renewal is no trivial matter: it reflects a deliberate decision to keep investing in a solution that has proved itself in everyday practice, supporting patient safety and giving teams peace of mind.
